OUR LOCAL PHYSIOTHERAPY CLINIC'S CANCELLATION POLICY

Our clinic requires 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We hope that you can understand that late cancellations or failure to attend your appointment will result in a $50 non-attendance fee. This applies to all initial and review appointments.

We will send a text message reminder two days before your appointment, however it is your responsibility to ensure that you know when your appointment is booked. We recommend that you do not rely solely on receiving your reminder text, because as with all things, technology is not always 100% reliable, and not receiving your text message is not an appropriate reason for failing to attend your appointment.

Emergency and/or extreme scenarios are judged on a case by case basis as an exemption from non-attendance fee.
